Talk to your grandest grand children through yourbot

Imagine you are having a conversation with your grandest grand children and you are revealing all your experience to him, isn't it exciting? The only problem is that we are unsure that how long we will live and leaving diary or audio tape won’t be good enough to enshrine the wisdom words for the long time. How can we do it now? Thanks to the Yourbot’s next generation android device having speech-to-text conversation ability we are now able to interact with our grandest kids.

This device will ask you plenty of questions which will include each aspect of your life span and then it will create a 3D digital personality of you sharing you revealing your experiences.  Series of questions are created by eminent researchers of Princeton University and hence it will compile your entire life experience in your answers.

Through this device we can create a cross-generational connection which is still a dream beyond imagination. The start-up is seeking for the funds to create this next generation device and you can also contribute it to Yourbot’s kickstarter campaign to make it happen. Show your support to this awesome futuristic vision and contribute to it like I did.

Types of Employees

Types of Employees Life takes a big step and before I realize, I am in the corporate world. Expectation of getting placed in MNCs were ruined by the college time pass department (training and placement department) but got a good company to start my career and now I am experiencing the life of IT employee. I am not doing anything special like coding or deployment or administrating servers and in fact I am not even doing any technical work.

In this brief time, I have experienced many things which will surely help me in future. First thing that I learned is that employees can be classified into three types i.e. doers, push-to-do, and chewing-gums. You will never find these kinds of classification in any books and hence I am describing them briefly. The doers are self-motivating workaholic types of person who always want work and if you closely observe then you feel that they are contributing more than 40 percent to total productivity.

Second kinds of peoples are those who require a push to do something. This push may be pressure or jealousy or money or any other thing. They will not show their talent as they think it can lead to exploitation. Third kinds of people are special employees who got placed due to their contacts and hence avoid working. They are like chewing gums for the company and company desperately wants to get rid of them. I worked with all of them and I finally able to learn few things –

First I learn how to finish work well in time with a vision that it will give more time for personal skill development. Obviously, I learnt it from first type.  Then I learn the art of procrastination and crisis management from second type. Finally, I learnt the most important lesson i.e. always maintain contact as it will make your life easy. No matter how small or how big the company is you will find these employees. If you are having these creatures around you and if you are getting irritated by their work then always remember that you can learn few things from them as well. Sometimes the things are not-to-do kind of.  I hope I would learn from these environments so that I can clearly define what to do and what not to do.
