What
is great and how can a person become great? Is it providing food to the needy
for a day or it is about taking a step to improve the condition of the needy?
People do not become great with just their hard work to reach a goal. Achieving
a goal cannot always be equated to being great. There are individuals who have
set goal as passing in the unit tests or passing their school examinations.
Once that goal is achieved, what does that person has to achieve in life. His
goal has been realized. If realizing goal can make someone great then I guess
every individual is great. For some reaching office on time is goal while for
some losing weight is a goal. The goals that are mentioned are short term goals.
If a person has set a goal with vision and working passionately to reach that
goal and even after achieving the goal he is working relentlessly to not lose
that position that he/she has achieved then that is a great person.

People
always forget that it is not just about achieving something it is about
achieving and staying there at there with the achievement at that pedestal.
Winning race is fine but it is about continuously winning.

Great
individuals are the ones who seek excellence and make it a habit. With their
self-belief and determination they achieve something that is great and become
great. Great men have vision and that is what separates them from others and
they are called truly made of great. One of my friends is one of those
individuals whom I consider as someone who is truly made of great. He is right
now undergoing training in OTA Chennai. Yeah he is in army.
It was his
dream to join defense services. He has that never say die attitude which has
made him what he is today. He got selected in his 7th attempt for
SSB. His perseverance finally paid off and he is where he always wanted to be.
He is national champion in horse riding and has won two national titles for same.
He is not just good with the horses he is great with them.
He has merged
his two passions to make a life out of it. He had that vision to foresee and
plan. He joined army and is now getting trained by the Army. He never quit at
any point of his preparation and his goal was not just a mere mile stone. His
goal was how he wanted his life to be and he achieved it with his hard work and
continues to work hard to live that goal that he has set.
It is the
passion and the will to achieve what he has aimed for, which drives him. He had
that zeal and with the constant effort without getting disheartened he achieved
what he truly deserved. Being friends with him has also taught me how to be
more disciplined and how to enjoy what we do. It is because of him that I
learned what truly never say die attitude means and what it mean when we say
truly made of great.
I did my MBA
with great score and now working in a good company. I learned a lot from him
and can boldly he is the person really made of great. By the way his name is
Yashowardhan Dwivedi.

One is an organization which runs successfully since 18th century for others' goal and the other one is running toward the goal that success is coming behind him / LM. Do you know that Messi had a growth hormone deficiency in his childhood? For the sports legend he is today, I guess none can believe this. His passion for football must have been so great that he could outgrew this condition. Do you also know that Tata Indica, Tata’s first passaenger car, initially faced huge criticism? Still, Tata Motors could make it as one of the best selling cars in India! Some stories move us, from within, don't they/! Lionel Messi is a legend who has carved his name in history books with total dedication to the game, simple living and improvisation which is seen with each game he plays. The association of Tata Motors and Lionel Messi as their Brand Ambassador will definitely give an edge to the Tata group over its competitors solely because the brand Ambassador also holds the same reputation of not letting his fans down ever, like Tata Motors who have given the best to the world over the decades. Tata Motors' association with Lionel Messi spells a significantly notable alliance that will steer the company towards favourable benefits. I always acknowledge Tata Motors as a distinctive name in Auto industry, which will not let the success 'larger-than life' elude from its fate now with a timeless guild with iconic figure Messi. I don't see this union of Tata Motors as an aspirational effort for garnering some quick publicity and evoke specific reaction from myriad crowd with Celeb branding, but is rightly an embellished handshake for keeping up the pace to get to the pinnacle of success graph. While the very name Tata is enough to make us go back to all our history books where we have seen there hardly is a comparable name that has contributed so much to the society in such an ethical manner, the very name Messi conjures up images of a boy-man who has turned the world upside down with his talent, determination, discipline and never-give-up spirit. The compatibility between the values they both share is intense and that is the reason this partnership works perfectly.
With a concern for the society at large,everything that Tata has done has inspired us to dream big, conquer the world and pour all our energy back into the society to do good and inspire good. By facing his demons, Messi has done the same. He enjoys a God-like status in the world today because he dared to dream, achieved the sky and still hasn't lost his humanity a bit.
